Standards every driver agrees to uphold when joining the Spotto community:
Only claim a hold when you are within a 5-minute driving radius. If you get stuck at a red light or delivery truck, send a quick status ping immediately.
Always operate your vehicle safely with a dashboard phone mount or hands-free Bluetooth. Never look at your screen while actively in motion.
Never hold or park in front of fire hydrants (15ft rule), active driveways, crosswalks, or designated bus/bike lanes.
Public curbs are shared NYC infrastructure. If a pedestrian or non-app vehicle pulls into an open space before you arrive, remain courteous and respectful.
